Mostly good, some room for improvement
I bought the Cranberry Pomegranate Moisture Mask and the Redness Diffusing Serum. The mask feels great and hydrating, and the serum has helped a bit with some of my redness over the past week or so. I appreciated the free shipping on my order. The website was easy to navigate for shopping. My only minor gripe was that tracking updates weren't super frequent, so I wasn't always sure where my package was. It still arrived within the estimated time, but better communication there would be nice. Customer service was fine when I had a quick question about ingredients, they were polite.
